Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to Studio0 websites, apps, and related services (“Services”) operated in connection with Australia. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Studio0 provides a modular creativity platform including tools, hosting for artist projects, communication desks, and related experiments. Contact: legal@studio0.app.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise and may include GST for Australian customers. See Refunds for cancellations.

4. Your content

You retain rights in content you upload or create. You grant Studio0 a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Services you request. You must have rights to any material you submit.

5. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate or non-unique. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use. Some features use third-party model providers or local models you configure; their terms may also apply.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services (see Acceptable Use). We may remove content or restrict access to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by Australian law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio0 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of services or the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
