Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, major failures of service).
Cancellations
Cancel anytime before renewal to stop future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Event tickets
Ticket refunds follow the event organiser’s policy displayed at purchase, plus any mandatory consumer rights.
