This Privacy Policy explains how Studio0 handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
- Account data (name, email, login identifiers)
- Usage data (features used, device/browser type, approximate location)
- Content you upload or generate in the Services
- Support and contact messages
- Payment metadata via processors (we do not store full card numbers)
2. Why we collect it
- Provide and improve the platform
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process subscriptions and support requests
- Comply with law and enforce policies
3. AI processing
When you use AI features, prompts and necessary context may be sent to model providers you select or that power Studio0 pipelines. Local and on-device options keep more processing on your machine when you choose them.
4. Sharing
We share personal information with infrastructure and payment providers under contract, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Overseas disclosure
Some providers may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps so overseas handling is consistent with the APPs where applicable.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access or correction of personal information, or complain about privacy handling. Contact privacy@studio0.app. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Children
Services are not directed to children under 16 without appropriate consent where required.
